Props for the Show

I will need help collecting/finding props for the show. 

 

Costumes

For the most part I'm going to have the kids bring in their own costumes. Annie Jr. is an easy show to dress for. Anyone who has any outfits or items from the list they would be willing to donate or lend would be greatly appreciated

 

Show Supervision

During the show we like to have parents around the dressing rooms to help the kids with costume changes, placing mics, taping mics, etc. I would love to have two or more moms for the girls and at least one dad for the guys. 

 

Hair and Make Up

During the nights/afternoon of the shows, as well as the dress rehearsals, I'd love a few parents to come early and help. Mostly just getting the kids' hair and make up in order if so that they look their best on stage.

 

T-Shirts/Sweatshirts

Looking for a few parents to help handout t-shirts and sweatshirts once they are ordered. Also if anyone has any connections at a company for bulk orders at good prices!

 

Cast and Crew Party

This will be a week or so after the show. Any parents looking to bring food or drinks, help set up/clean up, or chaperone.
